Who can use this: edit sms-settings, sms.send, edit email-settings, edit whatsapp-settings, or related shop settings. Where to find it: Settings > Integrations
What is this?
Integrations hold SMS, email, WhatsApp, and related connection settings. The link opens General Settings at the integrations section.
Before you start
Ask your admin for API keys or gateway details before you edit.
Steps

Open Settings > Integrations.

Find SMS, email, or WhatsApp blocks on the page.

Enter the values your provider gave you.

Save each block.

Send a test message when the page offers it.

Tips
- Do not share API keys in chat groups.
- After changes, check SMS Logs.
