Who can use this: view activity-log or view referral-report Where to find it: Business Reports > Activity Log / Referral Report
What is this?
Activity Log shows who changed important records. Referral Report shows referral program results when that feature is on.
Before you start
Referral needs Customer referral program on in Features. Activity log needs the activity permission.
Steps

Open Business Reports > Activity Log to audit changes.

Set dates, then read who did what.

Open Referral Report when referral is enabled.

Filter customers or dates, then read totals.
