My work and shortcuts
Who can use this: Users who do not see the admin home. Where to find it: Dashboard
What is this?
Some users see only their own sales. Others see shortcut cards for daily work.
Before you start
Sign in. If you see shop-wide totals, use Admin dashboard instead.
My work home
You see this with view own sales. The admin home stays hidden for this role.

Pick Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, or Last Month.
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| My Total Sales | Your finalized invoices. Cancelled bills are left out. |
| Net Sale Orders | Your order total, plus how many orders are in range. |
| Cancelled Orders | Your cancelled order total and count. |
| My Sales Due | Credit still open on your sales. |
My Sales Overview is a line chart of your sales. My Recent Sales lists your latest bills. The green badge is the count. Each row shows the invoice, amount, Completed or Cancelled, and the date and time. If there are none, you see No recent sales.
Shortcut home
You see this when you have no sales totals permission. The card says Welcome, then your user name. The text says to use the shortcuts below. Your role name shows as a badge.

What you will see
My work amounts start at Rs. 0.00 and then refresh. Shortcut cards that you cannot use do not appear.
Tips
- Cashiers often land on the shortcut home.
- Use POS when you are ready to bill.
Common problems

| A shortcut is missing | Your role does not include that permission. |
| Your sales are missing | Check the date range on the my work home. |
| You expected shop totals | You need view all sales, or the Super Admin role. |
