Before you start
Finish Set up first.
Steps

On Add Product, pick Product Warranty if this item has cover.

Later, open Warranty Checker to look up a sale.

Open Customer Service Tickets when the item comes back.

Use Supplier RMA Claims when you send it to the supplier.
What you will see
The list or the POS bill shows the result. You can reopen the record from the same menu.
Tips
- Stay on the correct location.
- Do not skip the customer or supplier when the form asks.
