Shop orders

CHECK: There is no menu named Order Management. Online orders are Shop Module > Orders.

What is this?​

Shop orders are bills placed from the customer app, not the counter.

Before you start​

Turn the feature on before you train staff. Leave it off if this shop does not use it.

Steps​

  1. Open Settings > General Settings.

  2. Open Features.

  3. Find Online shop module (Customer App).

  4. Turn it on. It saves by itself.

  5. Refresh the page so the menu appears.

What you will see​

The menu appears for roles that have access. Staff without the permission still will not see it.

Tips​

  • Turn it on only when you are ready to use it.
  • Give the permission to the right role, not every user.
