Set up

Who can use this: view cheque-management. POS cheque pay also needs cheque payment. Where to find it: Cheque Module

What is this?​

One-time setup before daily work.

Before you start​

Turn Cheque management module on in Settings > General Settings > Features.

Steps​

  1. Turn on Cheque management module.

  2. Give view cheque-management to office staff.

  3. Give cheque payment to cashiers who accept cheque on POS.

  4. Open Cheque Module > Overview and confirm the dashboard loads.

  5. Read Cheque Guide once with the team.

What you will see​

Menus and buttons match the steps above. If a button is missing, the role still needs a permission.

Tips​

  • Train one manager first, then the rest of the team.
  • Keep unused features off so the left menu stays short.
